Please find the below finding points

List of bugs found in insura web portal at the time of testing.

1. Credential Screen Layout differs from computer to computer.

2. Reports – Unable to download reports (Intimation, outstanding, Final upload), on clicking It ask for credential then it loading and stuck there.

3. Final upload report is missing the web portal.

4. QC – Document Verification – under branch name (Wrong name is visible) (in SP we have to change it to “c.ngo”)- Member Details.

5. Document QC – Page layout is clumsy, data overlap.

6. Image Preview screen is too small. The image layout is not sable. Over zoomed in. Not suitable for QC check.

7. Member Details – in Account ID tab – Wrong data is reflecting (in SP we have to change it to “c.AccountID”)

8. Uploaded Documents – Additional documents names are reflecting (Ex - first form name is “Claim Intimation form” it's there but an additional form called “Insurance form 1” is also there with duplicate image)

9. For Relogin files – colour remarks are not clear.

10. Unable to untick checkboxes in “Select Discrepancy” between pages. (If I unticked checkboxes in form 1 and continues for form 2 again form 1 got ticked)

As we are stuck at the report stage today, we are unable to check at it end to end. I request someone from web development to join our testing session tomorrow to check it. A lot of things need to be fixed in the web portal. It is crucial. I shared supportive videos and images for reference.

Yes now its working fine. Next we need to build APK for insura app . we will move to production once pilot testing has completed.
