We have completed the Instant QC model in YBL BC, kindly use the YBL Sourcing (Instant QC) app and test few groups under UAT server and confirm before production deployment.

Passbook Query Handling

1. Customer Live Photo
Voter ID 1+1 - Rejection option required in APK level for cancel members
Bank Passbook
Nominee 1+1

2. Instant QC - Bank passbook query should move to Resolved Queue once resolved by RO in Portal

3. GRT1 (CGT) - Notification required in APK level at the time of CGT completion by RO

4. GRT2 - Centre should not be move to BM GRT with Bank passbook queries

We have verified few cases with updated version. Its working fine. We required drop down option for reason for rejected members in APK

1. Bank passbook not available

2. Member not available

3. Member not interested

4. Nominee details not available

5. Secondary proof not available

And also required Member drop option in Instant QC level for Query raised members if RO not able to clear the Queries.
