We tested the removal of some members in the UAT from the user end, but the members were not removed properly.

You can search members based on CIMS id with Comma separators incase of bulk removal.

Greetings,

As requested, we have provided the Provision to Remove the Underprocess customer from user end.

Option available under File Operation -> Member Removal. You can search members based on CIMS id with Comma separators incase of bulk removal.

Arul, you can assign this option to users from functional settings.
