Dear sir,

We are reviewed the BRD for IDFC new changes. The same has discussed with bank and NOCPL team, Bank team going to use two mobile application for EKYC data fetch and Mantra device connectivity.

Against EKYC we going to create one option connect with API and download what are the EKYC data captured from bank application.

Once bank application was ready, then we share the UAT testing application

As discussed with bank, They shared the mobile application for new EKYC implementation.

Mobile Applications :

1. Download Secu Gen RD Services App from Google Play Store for Mantra Device
2. Download and Install the SO App through the following link - for EKYC data fetch

We have facing issue in sale one application, its automatically closed during EKYC fetching .
We have already informed to Bank team, Once clear we start the testing and update you the same.

Bank side issue has cleared.

Now we have testing using the UAT testing apk, we are facing EKYC data not fetching in CIMS mobile app.

1. Access to download Ekyc data from (Sales One) IDFC App.
2. New CB Integration with additional FamilyMember details.
3. Validation to check CB Validity from the date of CB.
4. Device Activation/Login based on Employee ID.
5. Dual entry options for Nominee Details for self check before QC.

(Note : The App Requires Uninstallation and Installation, Check with Internal Team for Deployment Date/Time).

(Important : Any Partial Sourced file with direct Update of the App will lead to file Crash, file missing and Confusion, Kindly Cooperate to avoid Resourcing of the File).

Dear Payodhi/Chandra,

We are happy to inform you that soon we are moving to EKYC process for IDFC BC which will go Live Shortly .

1.Tentative Launch Date 16.06.2023.

2.Hence all the Groups in pipeline should be disbursed max within 08.06.23 (Today)

3. Bank System will be Completely Down from 09.06.23 to 12.06.23 for Migration activity.

4.One Live Group Sample Sourcing through EKYC for Bank Testing will be done on 13.06.23

5. Collection & foreclosure upload in old System last date 08.06.23

6. Collection & foreclosure file upload start date in new system 12.06.23

7.Once Live sample Sourcing through EKYC testing is declared Successful by Bank then Sourcing in New Process will commence from 16.06.23

8.EKYC Device(SecuGen) owned by Bank has been Already Dispatched to Nodal Branches. Kindly ensure the same is readily available with Concerned Branches before Launch date.

9. kindly plan field activity accordingly and Complete Disbursement within the stipulated timeline as thereafter Bank will not be accepting the Pipeline cases once Migrated.

We will give continuous Training to Branches on the New EKYC process .
